Privacy
PrairieView School of Photography ("PV") is the sole owner of the information collected on the PV website. We will not sell, share, or rent this information with any other party. PV will not allow customer information, "Opt-in" or otherwise, to be viewed or used by anyone other than authorized personnel filling customer orders or PV customer service providers who are contractually obligated to keep such information confidential and use it only for fulfillment of their duties for PV. Personal data will not be shared, traded, or sold to any third parties. PV reserves the right to use this information for our own statistical, mailing, and membership purposes.
Security
PV has made all reasonable efforts to protect all sensitive, private and confidential customer information under our control from loss, misuse or alteration.
Credit Card Payments
PV accepts VISA and MasterCard. All payments must be made in Canadian currency. Prices include all applicable taxes.
Confirmation of Registration
An email confirming your place in class and a receipt of payment will be sent to the email address provided. All fees are due at the time of registration.
Refunds
Classes or instructors may be subject to change without notice. If a class is cancelled due to low registration, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will only be issued if notification of withdrawal is received 10 working days before the class or workshop start date. Refunds will not be issued after the class or workshop start date. Refunds made at the request of the registrant (10 working days in advance) are subject to an administration fee of $5.00.
Please Note
From time to time we may photograph or video record classroom activities and students' work for educational and promotional purposes. Notice is given in advance, and students have the opportunity to opt out of the photography or video.
Classes are not held on statutory holidays.
