Weekends
PrairieView's instructors are packing their bags and getting ready to hit the road in Manitoba. Our goal: to bring our passion and expertise to cities and towns across Manitoba.
These intensive 10-hour weekend workshops (5 hours per day) are geared toward beginners and will get you started on the fundamentals of photography. We'll cover both the techniques of photography (exposure, composition, etc.) and the technology to help you improve your photos.
FAQ
Q. How many seats will there be per class?
A. We're aiming for each class to be 12-16 students. If a class fills up we will make every effort to add an overflow and send out extra instructors to give everyone a chance to attend!
Q. What kind of camera equipment will I need?
A. Students should bring a camera that gives control over aperture and shutter speed, which includes most digital and film SLRs as well as high-end digital compact cameras.
